POS·IM offers many different options to get you up and running:

Onsite Training
An available sales rep or support technician can come to your store and assist in setup and provide a two day training. To give you the ability to learn POS•IM, and set your store system up at the same time. This situation usually works best for new stores who have not opened yet.

Training Clips (flash videos)
Ensign can provide comprehensive step by step training clips that can be played on your computer. These flash files require a flash player, which can be downloaded for free if you don't already have it installed. This step-by-step method allows you to work at your own pace and is ideal for either new stores, or existing locations without a lot of free time.

Training Classes
Ensign offers a free two day training class for two store employees with the purchase of POS•IM. Classes are held in Kaysville, Utah at Ensign Systems' home office. This situation works best for existing retailers because it keeps you focused on learning the system and removes distractions that can arise on locations.
