Founded by Robin and Jen Philllips in November of 2007 Zulu specializes in all natural dog and cat products such as food, treats, collars, leashes, beds and clothing.

What made you decide to open that type of a store?

I always wanted to have my own store and I love animals so it seemed like a perfect fit.

Why did you originally choose to purchase POS•IM?

Originally we knew we wanted to use a MAC and started looking at different point of sale systems. We looked at and compared Lightspeed, PayGo and POS•IM. After seeing what each system had to offer we ultimately decided that POS•IM was the best choice for us to make.

What benefits has your store received by using POS•IM?

We are able to track purchases and have a food rewards point program setup. We also utilize the customer database for birthdays and other loyalty programs.

What is your favorite feature in POS•IM?

My favorite feature in POS•IM has to be just the overall ease of use. It has been really easy to lean and use.

Would you recommend POS•IM to other retailers? Why?

Yes, it was very easy to setup and use. I think the support system at POS•IM is patient and extremely helpful. I am a small store and love the fact that I can grow into the system. It offers much more then I am taking advantage of at the moment.
