Bikes, snowboards, skateboards, fashion and products related to the three sports.

What made you decide to open that type of a store?

These sports are part of my lifestyle, and a large part of why I moved to Whistler. Now I live and work in the industries I am excited about.

Did you use a different POS system before POS•IM, or was POS•IM used when the store opened?

I used two different POS systems in the first 12 years of business. Both systems had many hassles and time-consuming issues.

What benefits has your store received by using Point of Sale?

We have really enjoyed having detailed receipts for customers. Sales reports are also extremely helpful and nice to have.

Why did you originally choose to purchase POS•IM?

While I was on a tour of the Apple headquarters, it was brought to my attention that the store on site used POS•IM as their POS system. I trust and respect Apple and looked into POS•IM soon after the tour. After my first phone call to POS•IM, I basically made my decision to change my POS software to POS•IM. Every person I spoke to was friendly, informative and helpful: I was impressed.

What benefits has your store received by using Point of Sale?

The clean, easy-to-use organization of inventory has made reports more accurate. The view of each screen is pleasant to work on and the customization is easy to use.

What is your favorite feature in POS•IM?

The technical support has been really great! I also really enjoy using the the layaway feature!

Would you recommend POS•IM to other retailers? Why?

Absolutely. The tech support and administration support is excellent. I have yet to discover the potential of POS•IM; however, I can tell that there is a lot!
