Many retailers sell groups of items as kits. Examples might be quilting kits (or fat quarters), first aid kits, or school kits. The Kit Builder feature provides you better inventory control of individual kit items and of the kits themselves. You can create kit templates from which you can repeatedly create kits; or you can create a kit on the fly when the need arises. When the kit is finalized all the individual components are removed from inventory and the completed kit is added in. The completed kit is saved as "Processed" so if you ever need to take the kit apart you can reverse it (removing the kit from inventory and adding back the individual components).
