How Does it Work?

When an invoice is posted, POS•IM asks you to swipe the card or manually enter the credit card number and expiration date. NowCharge then passes that information through a secure Internet gateway for processing. The gateway is Authorize.Net, leader in credit card activity on the Internet. In just a few seconds the results are handed back to NowCharge, which in turn tells POS•IM either to finish the sale or display an exception message.
